With nearly four decades of experience executing extensive building and development projects throughout New Jersey, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge to construction management. Throughout his successful career, Steve’s notable tenure as a seasoned professional has included his leadership in hundreds of construction projects of every scale.

At present, Steve is the owner/developer of Oakwood Estates at Great Notch, LLC., the entity that is developing a new sub-division in Little Falls known as Mountaintop at Great Notch. From complete land clearing, road construction and site-work, to the ultimate building of 24 homes, Steve is involved in all aspects of the project, which is projected to be completed within 2 years.

As the owner and president of Elite Contract Management, Steve is highly skilled and trained in all phases of construction. He specializes in masonry and complete site work, with a fine-tuned acumen developing architectural and engineering plans. Steve is solely responsible for the management of his team of 12 dedicated employees and numerous sub-contractors, as well as the company’s overall operation and finances. This includes pricing, project quotes, planning, and scheduling of jobs. Beyond his job-related expertise, he is recognized and valued for his strong communication and managerial skills. Steve’s long history working in New Jersey also provides him with a vast knowledge of town and state ordinances and codes.

Steve is solely responsible for the management of his team of 12 dedicated employees and numerous sub-contractors, as well as the company’s overall operation and finances.
Included among his most noteworthy construction accomplishments are the development of the 53,000 square-foot Robert Treat Academy Middle School in Newark, NJ; a warehouse-to-church assembly conversion in Wyckoff, NJ, various church related construction projects with the Archdiocese of Newark; a warehouse-to 15 unit condominium conversion in Bloomfield, several major office complexes in Essex County a 6,000 square-foot restaurant in Bergen County; and another residential sub-division in Little Falls.

Steven is a native of NJ and he and his wife will be purchasing a home at Mountaintop at Great Notch.
